This is the match Negredo bags a couple and rediscovers his goal-scoring touch - just in time for the derby where he will cause shit loads of trouble for their defense.
Likelihood on Aguero being ready for the derby?
Gut feeling only pidge but Aguero to come back and score a hat trick at the swamp, more unwanted records for davey :)

What you guys think of this? :(

Manchester City are anxiously waiting to see if the Football Association takes action against captain Vincent Kompany for an alleged hand gesture made following his red card against Hull City.

The Blues went on to win the match 2-0 through goals from playmaker David Silva and striker Edin Dzeko, keeping alive their title hopes, but the big Belgian was accused by home supporters of making an obscene gesture with his hand as he left the field after his dismissal.

A spokesperson for the FA told [football] direct news that no conclusions can be drawn from still images which have been seen online, and the next step is to await referee Lee Mason’s feedback and video footage.

The defender was given his marching orders for a foul on Nikica Jelavic and will serve a one-match ban as a result, but if the FA opts to take action against him for the incident which is alleged to have followed, the suspension could be increased.

As things stand he will miss the home game against struggling Fulham, but a prolonged absence would see him possibly sit out the trips to Manchester United and Arsenal.

Nah, nothing that. They won't do him for that.

Neither Pell or Serge (twitter) seem overly concerned about the injury so I expect to see super Kun leading the attack at the swamp we go full strength every game from now on should paste Fulham without breaking a sweat Pell might feel if we are cruising at the hour mark to withdraw and preserve some of his prized assets and I would support him in that, no need to push our luck and risk any setbacks with more challenging games to come.

It's a while since I looked forward to a home game so much, feel we have been given a boost at just the right time.

chelsea losing at villa is a bit like the boost we got when the scum lost at wigan the year we won the league

I sincerely hope that Aguero's early exit at Barcelona was a mere face-saving gesture (all he had was one successful and two failed passes for 45 mins), rather than an actual injury, otherwise it would be idiotic to risk him against the side that securely hugs the bottom of the table.

I fully expect MP to do a Watford, Aguero to start against Fulham, come off about 50 minutes once the game is wrapped up.

But this time, actually wrap up the game and take off Aguero, not go 2 down and rely on Aguero.
