Because its symptomatic of our style of football, get yourself in the box in a scoring opportunity and then look to pass it to somebody else. If Gerrards goal had fell to any City player in a similar position at the other end of the pitch then instead of shooting we'd have looked to play it sideways to another blue shirt. Its screaming out for us to shoot so many times every game and yet we just seem unwilling to take a chance.

Maybe this should be a new thread but I was astonished and shocked to see gangs of teenagers from both sides today looking for scuffles. About 20 / 30 plus scouse scroats were trying to find our kids for a fight. Thought this behaviour left our game a long time ago but, today was a blast to the rough old days. Laughed when I saw the police more interested in filming them than keeping safe the local fans and drivers stuck in the middle of the charging around.

His actions were totally embarrassing and our players has the play the ball out mentality, switched off and a goal happens. Dzeko was partly to blame for this.

So someone gets fouled and he cost us the game. If he got up what did you expect him to do

We have played worse than that and have won. Full credit to the dippers first premiership team to come and have a go in ages.
