Nearly as important as the result is getting off the pitch with no more injuries.
We are up shit creek if something happens to Negredo, Silva or Kompany tonight ....

Just had a ganders at theshedend, they are shitting it as much as us at least.

I wish people would stop talking for me..

I AM NOT SHITTING IT. bring em on chew em up and spit em out..

How much more proof is needed that we are a fantastic team at home???

"Shitting it" is probably innaccurate, "nervous" would probably be better wording.

I know it is only 3 points and not the be all and end all, i would just like to cut the variables that could see us go off the boil.

If our fullbacks are on pomp tonight then they are there for the taking, all the talk is of Silva and don't get me wrong he will have a big big part to play tonight without question, Zabba and Navas work perfectly together.

Id be tempted to go with Jovetic tonight tbh-he'd link up far better on the left with Clichy than Dzeko would.

Fancy a cheeky tenner on Demi to score tonight-hes fucking due one, gets his head to plenty from corners.

I'm having the Beast and 4-2 130-1

Ex-England striker Michael Owen on Twitter: I'm going to be brave and go against popular opinion tonight people. As much as I admire City and think they're the best team in the league, Jose Mourinho lives for games like this. They are best when sitting deep and Aguero could be a huge loss for City.

Michael Owens voice reminds me on the monty python sketch of the worlds most dangerous joke...anyone who heard it would die immediately from laughing, the only difference being listening to Owen you'd die immediately from boredom

Don't be nervous, blues. Tonight is the night the premier league turns on its head and a new star is born, preparing to shine for the next decade. We are awesome, and we will pound Chelsea. I've never felt so confident for such a big game. I also think we'll score within 15 minutes to make a mockery of their 19th century tactics.

I said at the start of the week, I thought Spurs away was the bigger test, but naturally, once we dispatched them my feelings changed to Chelsea.

I am encouraged by the fact that we have so many big game players. Kompany, Yaya, Fernandinho and Silva as a spine gives me confidence.

The only lingering doubt is through a missing Aguero, but Negredo is no slump (Dzeko has to take his chances).

I'm nervous of course but i am for every important game we play i don't fear anyone (how can a team in our form fear anyone !?).This however is a defining game in our season and is a genuine 6 pointer, i'm normally just happy with victory and 3 points but this tosser maureens self important, self impressive drivel means i want us to beat both him and his gang of cockney spiv cloggers up goodstyle !!!!! we also need a strong ref they are well known for their dirty tricks, ref baiting and gamesmanship !
