City Vs Spuds Post Match Discussion thread

Bobby needs to get the team under control after scoring. After the 2nd goal they completely crumbled defensively by giving up possession far too easily.

The good news is that this should be easily addressed.

What an absolute privilege to have been at that game today.

Firstly I don't understand some of the shit Spurs are getting on here. I thought they were by far the best team I've seen us play at home this season and they play with a style and mobile fluidity that is enjoyable to watch. We saw today how fine the margin is between success and failure. But the real pleasure is to see us perform against a team of that quality and confidence and for us to ultimately come away with what was a deserved victory. I thought that Sergio Aguero was outstanding, as was Silva, Gaz Baz and Milly. To have taken 3 points from our biggest and most credible rivals without 2 of the backbone of our 1st 11 is the mark of future champions.

And I hope Spurs manage to grab 2nd spot because they deserve it.

Well said.

I think Harry is a twat but at the same time he sets up his side to attack rather than play 11 men behind the ball like Liverpool. So maybe he does do poorly in front of the camera, but he doesn't ruin the actual game. It was nice for once to watch free flowing football on both sides of the pitch.

Are you kiddng me

The way he come across spouting BS and taking managerial rivalry down to a whole different level. A truly despicable man, it masks me ill, deserve no sympathy, nothing, the more they suffer the better I feel........ GOD I hope they crash and burn.

Didn't realise we broke the attendance record again today. 47,422 after the previous one (47,408) was set against Newcastle not so long ago.

i didn't hear anything about it.

is it because near enough every box and corporate seat is in use?

My match report

Good first half plenty of action with city slightly edging it! Rollercoaster of a second half with city going 2-0 up, then within 5 mins back to 2-2, but in the dying seconds Mario got fouled in the box and scored! 3-2 win for city!

Why do the reporters and media have to go blah, blah, blah Balotelli did this and Lescott did that?

Does my f**king fruit in!

I think it's the corners that are listed as NWC, NEC, SWC, and SEC on the seat planner, they only seem to open for certain games (unless they are pre-sold/season ticket areas but don't think so) and there seem to be quite a lot of seats up there. They're finding ways to cram more people in somehow anyway.

Lol I was laughing my ass off seeing this picture

Modric once again showed nothing in big game. I don't know about what to laugh more, Chelsea for offering 35 million or Spurs for rejecting it :/
