He provided the only moments of quality. Frequently went deep and sent diagonals out to Sinclair and Dzeko. Spent most of the match strolling around and stood watching as Dzeko tried his best to pressure their defenders late on. Yeah he scored a goal and got fouled. So what? In 120 minutes of football against a mid-table side who had rested several first team players I'd expect a bit more. His work-rate is laughable. When he lost the ball he was frustrated but stood flapping his arms around rather than trying to recover possession.
Adebayor was the same but Mancini quite rightly sent him packing without hesitation. Very similar players actually. Capable of some fantastic stuff but too often drift through games and ultimately unreliable.

How the fuck do you know who does and doesn't go to games? I was there, forced out of my usual seat in the third tier and sat surrounded by some right balloons. Bloke behind me was a rag and his mate thought Razzak was Yaya Toure and Suarez was Silva!
In fact, it would make more sense to say someone who didn't go thinks Balo had a good game. Scoring a goal doesn't mean he had a good game.

I had a few idiots behind me also. You could tell it was there 1st ever game. Pissed me off with the shit they came out with.
