If worst comes to worst the North Stand ticket office will still print out paper copies of tickets at the game with the lead supporter's/buyer's membership/ST number. My iPhone failed on me before Newcastle last week and while it took a bit of running around to get to the answer, once I was in the ticket office queue it moved quickly and my three tickets were printed off rapidly with no fuss. They do get some stick but they were so efficient in saving our day Saturday and I was super grateful to be in my seat in time - long may that back up service continue.Everything was working fine before the changes in the last week mate. Now I can’t even access the QR codes. Thanks for the suggestion
FWIW I've found emails sent to Supporter Services on Saturdays and Sundays are usually resolved by the Monday. I didn't know about the changes but have had issues with the 'City Family' system in the past that were sorted in time. Best of luck.
