I m a local, for you traveling blues, would recommend you book any hotels located in the district Causeway Bay as it is the best area for shopping and eats, and also within walking distance to the ground

for some decent hotel choices i would reckon the following:

I'm booked into the L Hotel Causeway Bay, got quite a good deal on it for 6 nights on lastminute.com. Got decent reviews, is it any good? The rooftop swimming pool looks good :)

Really looking forward to this, can't come round quick enough!

i used to live near there. quite a new new hotel. you need to walk across Victoria Park to reach all the big malls and shopping area, but its a short walk. quite close to the stadium though. suggest u walk to the Tai Hang area for restaurants, many gems in the side alleys there

Is the Causeway Bay district the best location ? Anywhere else recommended.

One of the highlights of my time in HK was the Temple STreet night market, happy days and loads of bargains

Temple St, is that where we need to be.

Looking at hotels now for a few of us from Perth, be good if we can be in a decent hotel with other Blues.

Deffo going to this one from Oz. Qantas has a HK special on at present for $800 returnfrom Sydney.

Just curious though, if Sunderland are relegated will the line-up change?

Good point, it must be confirmed already, though they are not much of an attraction if they have been relegated.
