City's "Hard Men"

Nicky Reid
Gerry Gow
Tony Coton
Michel Vonk
Andy Morrison
Ben Thatcher
Nigel De Jong
Alexsandar Kolarov

Tony Coleman.
I met Tony Coleman ,I was coming out of the princess club and there he was stripped to the waist looking to fight Stan Horne over some girl by the look of it.Anyway it didn't come to blows and my mate ended up driving Stan back to his house

Franny Lee could look after himself too. Think it’s Mike who tells a story about 3 lads giving him shit outside the hotel where the team had the reception after the 69 final. Franny came outside and battered all three of them
Think I remember Willie Donachie saying Franny was a hard bastard. Just ask the late Norman Hunter

Nasri not on anyone's list?
Yes I put him on and gobsmacked nobody pulled me up on it.
I still get in a cold rage thinking about the pussy ducking in the line when we played the rags.
Any ex blue can be added to the list now and they’ll still be above that little wanker

Fair enough, a true hard man except one free kick?

If you are talking about a genuine hard man then you don't have to look any further than Mike Doyle at the end of the game at the Swamp when Dennis Law relegated the Rags. I count myself as an honourary hard man as at the age of 19 I stayed until after the final whistle in the Scoreboard End even though it was mayhem.
