City's worst manager of all time

Obviously, very obviously Mark hughes.

Totaly and utterly clueless, yes he bought some good players bur he also bought lots of shit for stupid money. The good players he bought he played out of position (DeJong and Kompany), they only became great players when Roberto arrived. Talked a great game delivered diddly squat!!

He was a disgrace to the club - how many people did he refuse to shake hands with?

The man couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag (get your money on QPR to go down this year).

John Benson should get ore mentions than he does on these threads.

For those that are saying Pearce, think about the state we were in when KK decided he wanted out but wanted paid to leave.....think about the overpaid, over the hill sick notes he inherited, then think about him having to sell our only real goal threats before the start of his two seasons.
He worked wonders just keeping us in the top flight (unlike many others mentioned on this thread).
Worked wonders ? if he`d have stayed in charge for a few more years there would have been a empty stadium, the only time in 35 years when i was close to packing it in. A two faced f.a arselicker.

Joe Royle signed the Goat.
Clark signed Lee Badbuy

Yes, I stand corrected. Memory's going now, hope Pollocks own goal is the next one to go.

When you are in one of the last pre-season warm up games and you are told that your best attacking threat cant play cause he is being sold to pay for the extravagance of blobby foulup, mr pointy and claire reyna, when your best centre half has been got rid of to help balance the books, the club was in a mess, Pearce did the only thing he could do, make us hard to beat and try and steal a goal, he kept us up, many others took over better squads, got rid of the better players and spent the money replacing them with dross and got us relegated......
