Joe is a very vocal and opinionated bloke. Perhaps Pep feels that he might get some resistance from him regarding tactics and style.

Well I admire your persistence in sticking to your guns if nothing else. If you get chance try and have a look at David De Gea in his first season in the PL and compare it to his last season in La Liga and get back to me.

Also have a look in the difference in his physicality in his first season in the PL compared to now. Then compare the level of performance. Maybe it's passed you by?

We might not do it, but plenty of clubs still do. Andy Carroll, Peter Crouch. it's changed a lot, but still I think a goalkeeper is the single position which will see the most difference in the style of play.

Percentage football. Sam allardychio and Tony Pulis. This is still a significant feature of English football.

And there are many old school English fans and players who don't see the need in goalkeepers here having good distribution stats. It's not 'necessary'. It is, it improves the game on the eye.

Lumping it 60 yards is ingrained in English goalkeeping. It's why our fans are finding it so hard to accept that Joe is going because they don't think he's done anything wrong.

So because West ham hit a long ball to Andy Carroll from time to time, that makes it more physical? How did you arrive at that? West Ham play some lovely football.

Crouch is a shit example. He hardly plays and Stoke have changed there game massively over the last 3 years.

No, but the Premier League has a distinct style that differs to La Liga. I'm sure Bravo could handle it, but nevertheless there is a diifference.
