... and yes ... it was my old design from a years ago (before the shield fusion ones) but even i find it very lazy.

Sincerely hope it's something more like B. The design is more balanced, much better design, looks more "City" to me. I'm delighted with everything the club has released so far, just sincerely hope they don't fudge it and go for something like A.

Jesus, please don't let it be this! It looks like a supporters club badge, I'll be gutted if it's like this, I think I'd rather stick with the eagle, and I don't much like that!!

The inner three topped shield is probably the most important element of the design after the circle. Please don't mess this up City!

I think a major problem might be a lot of people (myself included) initially thought the shield refered to in the consultation was the embroidered shield on the Nike kits. Because of that a lot of people may have mistakenly voted against including it. Hope the club haven't balls'd it up on a badly worded questionnaire!

Honestly mate, if there's anyone who doesn't deserve a back lash it's you!

We've both been pretty active on these threads over the years, but I genuinely feel your designs have been the major catalyst behind this whole process gaining momentum.

You've shown us how good the badge could be with quality design. If the club drop the ball and serving up something awkward and unbalanced, that's not your fault. It will just be a shame the club didn't go with your core design, as for me it's the perfect City badge.

Anyway, better to optimistic, let's hope they do the right thing and include the shield!
 
From everything we know I think there's two realistic options of what the badge is going to look like:

A is bobbins, B is perfectly fine though not arsed if no date on it
