Point was clearly stated, I don't think he's good enough for where we want to be .He was the best player on the pitch when there was 11 each so what’s your point ?

Never said he’d be a starter. He’s good enough to be part of the squad rotation and impact gamesHe’d still be sat on the bench.
Yes we got a great deal in the end, but I’ve always been high on his potential and would generally prefer to have the squad littered with academy playersBut we didn’t choose to sell, he chose to leave.
We all rate him, would have been happy to see him stay, not because he’s an academy lad, that shouldn’t even come into it.
We haven’t done to bad out of the deal have we?
We will have in next couple of seasons mate, already a couple knocking on door.Yes we got a great deal in the end, but I’ve always been high on his potential and would generally prefer to have the squad littered with academy players
Bobb's promise may have been a factor in Palmer going, but also Pep doesnt want players who dont want to be here.Palmer is a good player but he wanted to go.
Bobb already looking like he can fill in.
