Why are City fans arsed about a bit a playground name calling?
Are we so thin skinned that we would attend a 5.30 kick off, on a Sunday, 200 miles away just so no one calls us silly names !
Yeah and to be honest the playground name calling will happen regardless

Exactly

Twitter is full of fucking idiots who talk absolute shite about us daily on any and all subject, filling out an end for. friendly on a sunday isn't gonna change that or in any way make it more likely we will be slagged off.

Go, don't go everyones choice, but if any part of the reason for going is so people don't take the piss then you are pandering to drivel spewing morons who don't matter

A lot of people will still buy tickets and that’s fine, it’s their personal choice. But if City gets an allocation of (say) 30,000 tickets and has to return 25,000 it will be hugely embarrassing for the Club and the FA.

This game should be played on Saturday at 3pm, just like the FA Cup should be, and the FA needs to stop pandering, or selling out, to the TV companies.
The EFL Cup final and final day of the Premier League season should both also be on a Saturday at 15.00.

The Supporters Club needs to get behind this (apologies if they already have) and refuse to distribute tickets to branches
Kevin Parker and his OSC‘s, sorry the OSC’s, aren’t supporting the boycott. No surprise really.

Unless individual branches decide to support the boycott, if they are allowed to do that under OSC rules?

That will become apparent at the 1st meetings of the season when match tickets and coach places are made available.

Only 70 donations, come on Blues, even if you are going to the overpriced, out of town, stupid kick off time friendly you can still fonteyn a tenner.

Early days yet. Plenty will donate leading up to the game. Including me when I do it later on.

They've said they will absolutely support any individual who decides to boycott but that they have taken the position that it's up to the individual. Judging by the mixed views, I can't see what other position they could realistically take.
