With it being at Leicester last year, novel but a poor location for two teams travelling from NorthWest, was there not talk of this becoming a moveable feast? Seemed like a decent idea and something that appeared to garner favour on these pages, if some logic could be applied to location. But I guess it's back to wembley, is it? Can't recall now why it switched last year, refreshing as the change seemed...

IMO we should be playing united instead of Arsenal. I'd have the order as follows...

1. PL Winner v FA Cup Winner or if the same club ...
2. League Cup Winner v FA Cup Winner or if the same club ...
3. PL Winner v League Cup Winner or if the same club ...
4. PL Winner v Championship Winner

Or...
5. Give it to the league champions.

The only thing about the stadiums in the Midlands is that they’re all dead small. Villa Park is the biggest yet it only holds 42,000.

I think the Etihad is small, never mind the Midlands’ stadiums.

I’d still rather it be at Villa Park, Leicester or Coventry but I’ll still go to Wembley. It might be nearer for Arsenal, but we only live on a small island, nowhere is that far away from anywhere else.

What gets me about games in London for those 6 clubs * * Arse/Spuds/Chavs/Palace/Brentford/Fulham even when you are 'away' you are not because the ruddy travel is minimal - probably 20 miles at most. So after Euro games or at Xmas this is a big advantage. Hacks me off bigtime that Wembley is also so close for many of them.

Oh and I also agree we should be playing Yerrnited, they at least WON a trophy unlike le Arse.
