I've already said this in the transfer forum but it's not as implausible as it first sounds. Joorabchian loans £35m to Corinthians on the proviso that they give him Tevez's registration after the transfer is completed. Back to the whole 3rd party ownership situation. You can imagine Joorabchian would be trying to engineer this in his own self-interest. As others have said, a sell-on clause would be a good idea.
