He was very gloomy about the chances of him doing any international business travel until the last quarter of this year. Doesn't really affect me as I usually just attend three sales meetings in Germany every year but they have been online since last Christmas.
I’ve booked Tenerife at the end of September I’m hoping that as a relatively small island they will be all immunised any any travellers will have had it before been allowed in.

You would think being lumped in to tier 4 until at least mid-March people might take things a bit more seriously. Watched one heffalump walk around the supermarket chatting whilst their mask was tooked under their chin. Why do some people think they are above the rules and immune to the virus?
Because they are thick

The UK has vaccinated 1.5 million people. This is a v good performance compared to most other countries, and I think you have to credit to the Govt for their efforts so far - but we need to go even faster

1.5 million? Johnson claimed 1.3 million on Monday. That's extremely slow progress, even allowing for it being early days.

oddly I'd have 0.0000001% semblance of understanding towards them if they didn't bother wearing it all and stuck to the strength of their convictions. Those who wear it as a neckerchief are just bizarre.

Wife's doc told her yesterday that government are full of shit with their vaccine roll out announcements and what he sees is nothing like their spin.
Maybe, but the performance of local doctor surgeries during this pandemic is probably the worst performaning thing of all.
Their performance has caused a schism in the medical profession. Local doctors surgeries have been more bothered about keeping people out of their surgeries than actually doing things to help. Hospital doctors are really annoyed with them to be honnest. Really annoyed.
They can't even be bothered setting up ill patient oxygenation checking without demanding a ludicrous amount of cash.

I do not know anyone who's had a vaccine. I know several old and vulnerable and working people who qualify for 1st lot.
One and a half million done already equates to roughly 1 in 60 people.

Its a logistical nightmare and we should all be patient.
Yeah its going to be a long haul but we’ll get there.
my nannas nursing home in wythenshawe are all done (1st jab)
