Johnson to self isolate as well. That they even thought they could get away with it was dumb.
I’ve deleted it, compounded by me currently having covid then no way am I isolating again.A farce guaranteed.
I have to deliver a presentation at the office on Tuesday and go to another couple of meetings. With space for around 1,500 staff, I expect to be pinged. The temptation to delete the app is high.
Common sense prevails.Someone understanding the optics of the situation...
‘Whilst the test and trace pilot is fairly restrictive, allowing only essential government business, I recognise that even the sense that the rules aren’t the same for everyone is wrong.
To that end I’ll be self isolating as normal and not taking part in the pilot.’ @RSunak

Maybe they could just make the same offer to everyone? Them self isolating to support a completely flawed policy just highlights their complete lack of any strategy, whatsoever.Johnson to self isolate as well. That they even thought they could get away with it was dumb.
After 224 million tests already, more than Germany, Italy and Spain combined, how may more need to be done when deaths this year are 5% below average, and only about 1.3% of those "mention" covid on the death certificate?
Covid cases occupy about 2% of hospital beds (7% are empty), and it’s looking like 30-40% of ‘Covid hospitalisations’ are in there for something completely different! With its new focus on ‘cases’ the group think at the heart of government is astounding.
