Of course a huge medical organisation is going to have red tape. One error and the organisation gets sued. It’s people’s health so there has to be checks.

Despite all that we are ahead of all other western countries in our vaccination programme. The NHS has done a phenomenal job to roll it out as quickly as they have. It’s true now though they need help to hit targets. I hope we find a way to allow dentists or even medical professionals in the army to assist. The sad truth though is a lot of other medical ailments are having to be put on hold to tackle the pandemic.
One was ‘convict resolution’, another was ‘fire safety’, there were others equally defunct.

Some spurious ones there which hardly prevent the safe procedure of vaccinations an 85 year old.

Vaccine specific requirements aside the rest is basic mandatory training required for anyone working in the NHS. Takes about half a day to complete, mostly online and the time taken to complete is paid for. What’s the issue?

Ffs, bureaucracy alive and well in the NHS

Yeah that's what's puzzling me. Figures seem at least stable everywhere else, I'd have expected it to be sky rocketing like us by now. It's just really hard to believe they've managed to catch every case early enough and take the necessary measures with it and it's not already going through communities.
They don't test anywhere near as many as we do I would guess a couple of weeks down the line we could see hospitalisations increase across Europe.
