Harsh but after seeing some of the footage from Parliament Square today, I’m tempted to concur. Almost as pissed off with the police though to be honest. They’re more than happy to wade into football fans indiscriminately for little reason, yet these cunts are provoking them like fuck and the police are just standing there doing nothing.
Piers Corbyn from a few days ago - take the vaccines and you'll have AIDS by March - sadly this is serious otherwise his performance would be completely laughable
My mate lost his business and I used to work with a guy who threw himself off a bridge in the middle of the first and longest lockdown. There's some absolute idiots on here isn't there?
Bleating about their freedoms being taken away from them. What exactly have you lost over the last year or so? A holiday maybe? A few trips to the pub? Being told you must wear a mask on certain occasions? Wipe your fannies you selfish, selfish idiots.
Then there's the ones who won't have the vaccine cos "it's experimental". Their view is that enough people will do so before them and that they'll wait until they see how it works out. Good job the vast majority don't think that way isn't it? Again... utterly selfish.
They make me want to puke. Honestly, I couldn't give a fuck if they all did the decent thing and caught Covid and fucking died.
Idiots.
PS - If you suspect this is directed at you then it ptobabky is you idiot.
Imagine Christmas Day round the Corbyn dinner table with Jez and Piers…
Fuck me I’d rather be in intensive care.
The media are setting a narrative so I wouldn’t be surprised to see some lockdown measures immediately after xmas.....Thats the point isn't it? For me and mine we are all boostered up or will be as of Monday so all things being equal I am happy for my son and partner to come here for Xmas Day and Boxing Day - LFT's will be done prior too. That can only take place because Johnson won't do anything before Xmas coz his ego won't stand it. Thats a calculated risk I am prepared to take.
However in the New Year we are looking to see family in Manchester - I've only seen my Dad once since Boxing Day 2019 but he lives with one of my sisters who has gone full tinfoil hat over this and none of them ( except my Dad ) are vaccinated. Plus we would be going to see my other sister who has had stem cell therapy which left her with no immune system and that has had to be built up - so those are risks I am less than happy with so whilst its not ideal if the Govt take the decision out of my hands and ban mixing or travel for a while I will go along with it too.
Suppose it depends on your relatives/inlaws. Sure someone somewhere will be raising a quiet glass to Rutte. :-)Maybe I’m just an inconsiderate twat but there’s no chance I’d be following those new Dutch lockdown rules for indoor mixing.
What are they?Maybe I’m just an inconsiderate twat but there’s no chance I’d be following those new Dutch lockdown rules for indoor mixing.
They’ll be right. They can all watch re-runs of Maxi winning the F1Maybe I’m just an inconsiderate twat but there’s no chance I’d be following those new Dutch lockdown rules for indoor mixing.

The vaccines did their job, the reason hospitalisations dropped significantly. I knew when I got my 2nd in July that it’s effectiveness would start to drop after 11 weeks and keep on diminishing to a point where I needed the booster after 6 months. Just like any vaccine, albeit different timescales for different diseases.no, they haven't, or they'd last more than 3 months and the booster would be updated, not the same thing they have left over which "should, might" give "up to" an ideal level of protection. For how long, a month? then what? if it decays as quickly as its predecessor?
No wonder people are waiting, if the booster gives permanent immunity for years then people can then always top up when it's proven. At the moment, it's 50% less efficient than we were told when it was pitched to us first time so it's no surprise people make a human decision. There's enough going for it to be guinea pigs that will demonstrate the long-term effects.

You were so happy last weekend at Lewis having the rules changed so he had a title he earned taken away from him. Now you're uppity because other people value their health and freedoms such as going to the pub that were human rights before people decided some people catching a virus was worth taking away from them for an ineffective jab and commercialisation of their immune system. There's some absolute idiots on here isn't there?

No more than 2 guests allowed inside rising to 4 over the Christmas period. All the usual hospitality closures too. What are they?
Yeah there’s about 15 of us including kids on Christmas Day and that will not be changing unless omicron turns out to be Ebola. No more than 2 guests allowed inside rising to 4 over the Christmas period. All the usual hospitality closures too.
You must pay a lot more attention to what's said then; neither Mrs Unicorn nor I remember anyone saying the vaccine effectiveness would start to drop 11 weeks after our second jab in July !The vaccines did their job, the reason hospitalisations dropped significantly. I knew when I got my 2nd in July that it’s effectiveness would start to drop after 11 weeks and keep on diminishing to a point where I needed the booster after 6 months. Omnicron has speeded up the need for boosters earlier than 6 months. This is going to be the way it is for a few years and then, with children getting the disease a couple of times and building up their natural immunity we may get to a point that it’s like taking the flu jab every year for a season.
