I assume the 19 refers to the year it started.
Nevermind the youths not taking this seriously, the elderly and at risk seem to be having harder time understanding what self isolation means.
We are currently looking after two neighbours, my sister in law and my mother in law who are elderly or at risk.
We explained the government rules to them. What was and wasn't allowed during their 12 weeks of isolation.
We have set up a robust rota which allows us to shop for them weekly. Any emergencies or random shopping needs are just a phone call away etc.
Two days in and two of them have been out shopping!
They both gave the same excuse. They said they just wanted a few bits and that they didn't stay in the shop(s) for very long.
One stopped in on a elderly friend to make sure they were ok!

Just called an old (retired)work friend to check he and his missus are ok.
Turns out he's down Devon picking up his caravan. I explained he's not allowed out. His response was "it doesn't matter, he will be back home tomorrow"...FFS!

This is an urgent call to all olden people on our Moon who are letting themselves go by not making the best of what they have. If you are a chap and have clumps of sods on the side of your head then immediately lose them as this is not hair by any stretch of the imagination. And cut your eye brows down to manageable levels because old man bushy eyebrows will not turn you into a fanny magnet. Also stop pulling your pants up to your chest because this is why our good lord invented a waistline. If you are a lady then dye your hair and apply conditioner to voluminous levels. Also apply makeup cleverly to accentuate features. Also perfume will attract the opposite sex except for Estee Lauder Youth Dew that has a very strong smell like stagnant stale piss . And also try to avoid flowery dresses and utilize a supporting bra. In general olden people do look after themselves much more than they did in the sixties with their hair nets baggy tights and shopping trolley mentality. Teeth are also important. Apologies for any derailment but Susan now looks really pretty-ish.

Said the same to my missus, this is the main thing that everyone is talking about and the only statistic that we can use given the variation in testing is the mortality figures.
There is no reason these could not be published at 17:00 every day given that they are confirming the deaths at 9:00am each morning.

The sports stars getting tested is actually really interesting to me because it basically represents as close as weve got to a random test of a few hundred people who were in relative close contact to someone with the virus and it was surprising how many of them tested positive asymptomatically.
