COVID Passports Info | Random Spot Checks

I am in the same situation,i am living in Denmark and right now England is on my countrys red list meaning 10 days selfquarantine,it will hopefully change before next month
There's a "common travel area" arrangement in place between the UK (incl the Channel islands) and Ireland, which means that Ireland is an exempted country, and Irish citizens are exempt from travel restrictions when entering the UK. No testing or quarantining or passenger locator form required when entering the UK. And only the completion of a passenger locator form when entering Ireland.

I have not got NHS but do have NHS GP app that has all my medical details, records, history......including all my vacs and the 2 covid ones....if need proof I can show that if they ask at CITY - would that be a problem?
That should be all you need I think, do you mean you haven’t got the NHS Covid app ? The vaccine passport isn’t on that strangely.
