Have you recently reported a negative test? When I get my Pass on the NHS App it only lasts a few days -eg I’ve literally just done it and it expires on 18 AUG 21

I'll be there...I hope it is fake - if not someone should be sacked, the person who wrote "reach out".
Unless they are in the Four Tops....
No -it’s a consistent thing. I did get “pinged” a few weeks back (when I had my first week off since XMAS FFS)Have you recently reported a negative test?
Seriously I’m so confused with all of this. How can you prove a test is negative ? I have been doing random test on myself for months all negative but how the hell do you prove it if somebody ask
Cheers makes perfect sense. I thought you only registered positive test. ThanksYou register it via the gov website mate. Google "how to report a negative lateral flow test" and click the gov link. Their explanation will be better than mine. But they'll send you a text confirmation as proof of your negative test.
You've done the hard bit by doing the test. If you're still struggling after reading that gov link, shout up pal.

How quick is confirmation once you've reported your test result? You register it via the gov website mate. Google "how to report a negative lateral flow test" and click the gov link. Their explanation will be better than mine. But they'll send you a text confirmation as proof of your negative test.

You don’t have to prove it. Just upload the result.Seriously I’m so confused with all of this. How can you prove a test is negative ? I have been doing random test on myself for months all negative but how the hell do you prove it if somebody ask
That's exactly the same for me. 48 hours and it elapses. Can't seem to find anything by googling. Should be fine anyway, just update it on the morning of the game. When I get my Pass on the NHS App it only lasts a few days -eg I’ve literally just done it and it expires on 18 AUG 21

Strange. Just done mine and it says valid until 16th SeptemberThat's exactly the same for me. 48 hours and it elapses. Can't seem to find anything by googling. Should be fine anyway, just update it on the morning of the game.
Morning, Blue. Just done this now. Thank you for the info.A lot of uncertainty yet about if we need to prove negative tests or vaccination status at the Etihad. However, I'd get your QR code sorted on the app mate, just in case they do ask. This is if you are double vaccinated.
There will be a few who don't know how so hope this helps:
Download the NHS App on your phone. It's not the Covid-19 one that detects contact tracing etc. It is literally called "NHS App". You may have to fill out some personal info on there for it to verify your identity, and then set up an email and password (use the same email address you have on record at your GP, if you have one set up there).
Once you've done that and logged in, on the homepage of the app there is an option that says "get your NHS Covid Pass". Click on that and then "Continue" and select the "Domestic" option.
This will open a page with a QR code, like a square shaped barcode and your name. Screenshot this page and it will save in your photos on your phone. That photo will get you into the stadium as proof of vaccination, if a staff member asks you.
There is also an option below that QR code to download the PDF version of it. Again, does the same thing if you want to screenshot that one.
This QR code is valid for a month from when you open it; then you'd have to do it again in a month's time. Screenshotting it to your phone will just save the hassle of needing decent internet/4g signal at the stadium. As you'll need that to load the NHS App, whereas a photo album on your phone does not require internet.
Only thing that has been pointed out to me as a possibility is that there is an NHS app and an NHS Covid app. Could be that I need the latter. I'll give it a go before Saturday.Strange. Just done mine and it says valid until 16th September
