Its a load of bollocks anyway as it was only a few weeks ago he was asked the question would he consider a move to City.I think you know the answer to that and thankfully I can sleep well at night.
 
Cristiano Ronaldo is NOT a Guardiola type of player. And guess what Erling Haaland is not too. But Harry Kane IS so there is your answer lol
 
So on the day an Italian newspaper links him with us, the Manumirror report there's a slim chance the rags could re sign him... hmmmm
 
Not sure what he'd bring to us. Don't think he's been exactly ripping up trees in Italy and he has a tendency to go missing if he doesn't get things his way.

Past his peak, high wage, but would sell keyrings, shirts and bedspreads... stinks of a united transfer this. Probably just the usual unfounded link with us to push the wage up, or so United can claim he chose them over us and dust off the welcome to proper Manchester sign ...in a prominent position outside of Manchester.
 
Weirdly I don't think it would be a terrible short term idea, he'd be expensive and probably no fun to watch, but he guarantees goals which is clearly what we lack currently, and similar to Messi at PSG would likely pay his own wages in commercial income.

Would also put us in a stronger position next season to go long term striker hunting.

Saying that, never gonna happen for a host of reasons, not least his own loyalties.

Guys a goal machine & always will be! I'd be more than happy with him for a year tbh but can't see it, & he would still piss me off a little even in blue lol
