I'd prefer to be making literally dozens of good chances and not scoring than not, but at some point if we are this wasteful it will come back and haunt us.
Feels mad to be saying this out loud given his goal tally, but the team is set up to create Haaland chances and he's missing them. No flapping, no alarm bells, and he knows it more than me, but his job is to score them. Nice assist, though, and his build up play is looking much better.
Foden looks better finding space wide than in the middle.
I fucking love Nathan Ake. He's the calmest and classiest lad on the pitch. Fourth choice centreback (?) on his way to Chelsea to one of the best central defenders in the world at the moment.
Alvarez is grand again, him and Rodri our most consistent players at the moment.
I thought all the new lads looked promising again. Nunes quieter but productive, Doku just fun to watch and already improving quickly.
I assume that was a Bernie injury? Hope it's not serious.
New managed queuing systems are a small but decent though. Were there always speakers on the concourse? Can't remember them. Is it to try and get people back to their seats on time?
