Think i will pay this agency,

What would the total be for myself to do it compared to the £125?
£50 visa, £27.40 admin charge, £9.80 to return the passport and then 12.5% to add on for your postal order
Is the 12.5% of the £9.80? Or the £77.60
I believe the 12.5% is what the robbing bastards charge at the Post Office for a postal order over £50

So is this right, on my own about £103 and the agency would be £125?

The £103 includes my £15 invitation

Sounds like it could be so

There are four of us so I've saved about £100 doing it myself

Was it difficult?

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

Need a bit of visa advice please, regarding the hotel voucher which i have received from my hotel, it asks for your hosts name, i have that. It asks for your Reference number, i know what that is, but which one is the confirmation Number?
Thanks.

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

maine stand - visa agency I used told me reference number and confirmation number were the same. They should (hopefully) know what they are on about as I have paid them to check documents to be submitted!

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

so they say that UEFA banned CSKA from playing Plzen at Khimki Arena due to the unacceptable state of the pitch.

I have been waiting for this announcement.

Where is the game now likely to be played? And is this likely to be the venue for the other two group matches?

Earlier this month they were talking about Krasnodar as an alternative venue which is near the Black Sea coast, miles from Moscow! Why can't they use the Luzhniki Stadium, that has an approved artificial pitch?

Krasnodar is listed as the club's alternative base but I find it difficult to believe that they cannot find a suitable venue elsewhere in Moscow.

Luzhniki stadium is closed at the moment for refurb for the 2018 world cup

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

This trip is becoming a nightmare to book.

Right, in that case CSKA and UEFA should have sorted all this out a lot earlier, there had been concerns about the Khimki pitch weeks ago when there was an U-21 international played there.

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

Due to the poor quality of the pitch at Arena Khimki, the matchday 10 game PFC CSKA vs. Anzhi will be played on September 25, at the Eduard Streltsov stadium (Vostochnaya st, 4a). The time of the kick-off – 20:30.

This was posted on their site a few days ago.

This staium is in moscow and holds 13,400

Thanks.

If your "tourist voucher" looks the same as mine the confirmation number is a 5 figure number at the top and is shown on both sides of the form.

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

Our hostel were charging 800Rubles per person for VISA support - £15. realrussia charged a £10. I know i've paid extra but it's certainly saved me a lot of messing around.

Re: CSKA Moscow v City (Wednesday 23 October)

OMG, this possible trip to Krasnodar is really unwanted for me, despite I'm from Moscow, I'll have to miss 2 days at the institute... And sort out with plane (or train) tickets, and maybe even hotels... Hope workers of the Khimki Arena will fnally find their balls and fix up that god dn field
