Cup scheme payments.

Just spent half an hour in a queue then finally got through because we've not had the money took out, we've no email, no loyalty points or purchase confirmation. So obviously with them going on sale to blue members today we're worried they'd sell them on.

But the woman on the phone says theyre reserved, but she wouldnt take payment on the phone as she said that would pay twice, even though theyve not been paid for yet. And she said not to worry, they're reserved. So i said but we have nothing showing up, but then she just kept saying theyve not been paid for yet or gone through but they are reserved. And then cut us off!

So is that it? Do i trust them to process it the next 24 hours? And hope some proof shows up when i log in?! It all didn't make much sense to me. I've been in all the schemes for years and never had a problem.

Anyone else still having all this crap?
 
I haven't even bothered ringing them, but i'm in the same position. No money taken, no points showing.

Email from them on Saturday saying it will go out in the next few days.

I'll give it until Wednesday before I get worried.

Just spent 45 mins getting through. Lady said some people had been missed on the first run and asked if I wanted to pay now rather than wait for the system to sweep agin. She assured me it wouldn't create a double payment...... So either you or I have been told crap!!!!! I await my bank statement. Fingers crossed.
 
Just rang, went through to ticket agency who informed me that no payment has been taken and my seat is NOT reserved even though it should be as I am showing as UEFA Cups scheme. Tickets on open sale today. so now queueing to speak to someone at the club. Would not advise anyone to leave it until Weds or your seat may be sold!

FFS, why do the ticket office always manage to make things so difficult!!
 
Well money out and no email just went on mcfc And my history and did a screen grab of the transaction for future reference
 
can somebody please explain how the cup scheme works?..ive just noticed on my bank statement they have taken £30(mcfc hospitality) out of my account..is this for a game?which one?...just tried ringin ticket office but there is a 45min wait

Yeah that will be for the Dortmund game the only other game on cup scheme that money has been taken out is the villa game and they weren't £30

Last season there were 3 Cup ties where I just got a text either the day before or on the matchday itself, no e-mail even though the payment had gone through well before then. For the rest I got either an e-mail or both an e-mail and a text, so the chances are you'll be ok.
