Daily Horse Racing \ Tipping thread

Never mind Tommy Stack he has a few as usual. I will be keeping a close eye on Ger Lyons. If he can get Johnny Murtagh on some of his 2 year olds for this season lump on would be my view. Looking forward to seeing how Lightening Pearl does as a 3 year old this season. They have a 2yo from Giants Causeway called Pearl Causeway which might be 1 to keep a eye on.

Hear that the bbc is losing there rights to horse racing. I know they only had a few cards a year but this will be there last Grand National and Royal Ascot. Channel 4 will be showing all the major racing free to air now for the next 4 years. Will miss the bbc for the National and Ascot it seems to go hand and hand. They are claiming the deal is around £15 for the 4 years.

Collateral Damage runs on Saturday.

If he's back in form, he'll piss this. Though to be fair, I think he will need a run or two first.
Mark, it's Sunday he's out. Doncaster 17.35 <a class="postlink" href="http://horses.sportinglife.com/Racecards/0,12495,489795,00.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://horses.sportinglife.com/Racecard ... 95,00.html</a>

so small e/w then big money next time out?

Take each race as it comes, im certainly on him this weekend with a small EW if he's declared. See how he comes out of that before deciding on a big bet. I think he'll rack up a few on the trot to be honest, he's very well handicapped.

What a shame some of the horses they got from Montjeu in the years gone by PourMoi , Hurricane Run , St Nicholas Abbey , Motivator , Scorpion and Fame and Glory all classy horses that went on to win major races. I think you might see 1 of there horses being retired to stud to take over from Montjeu.
