Dangerous Dogs

I read that since the XL Bully legislation, the biggest growth in UK Google searches is for two breeds: the Presa Canario, and the Cane Corso. What a surprise.

Daft **** next door to me has a Cane Corso..it's only a pup still but it's already jumping at the fence when we go out.. definitely going to get over fence when it's fully grown..
It will either attack a kid or another dog as she's no fucking idea how to control it ..
Her son bought it for her probably from some back street breeder...I mean who in their right minds would buy a dog like that for a woman who's nearing 70 years of age

She probably wanted a Cavoodle. How will she even walk it ?

They have never taken it out for a walk to be honest..it's kept in a small one bedroom bungalow the same as our bungalow and the fence between us at the front is only 3 foot high ..it will get over that with no problem once it's fully grown.
More concerning is the back garden fence is even lower..
It barks and snarls at anyone passing by in the street and goes mad when me and her go in our garden..

Surely the fact it never goes out will make it frustrated, bored and a bit mental. Maybe attack the old woman one day, maybe ulterior motive by son. Is she well off ? LoL

There's only one charge. Manslaughter.
You can be guilty of manslaughter by omission.

Creation of a dangerous situation is one area where you owe a duty of care.

If you gave someone "soft in the head", a dog you know they can't keep under control then you've created a dangerous situation.
