Very good point the water level does seem to have dropped. There are signs I suppose in Euro 24 that there may be a good crop of young talent on the horizon. As for the Olmo deal it does not get the juices flowing tbh but lets see.

Hope this is one of the rare times, and this is Barca prepping the 'we wanted him, he loves us, big bad city ruined it so we had to drop out despite not having a pot to piss in.' and we dont want him.

Makes sense to come in for KDB, because Foden will replace KDB and we'll need back up for Foden,whether we need it this summer I've no idea.
 
Do we have room for Olmo? If nobody leaves
He doesn’t elevate the level of the squad for me but that’s not me saying he’s bad. Very solid player and very city like acquisition
