I am pretty sure in saying that transfer fees have all been undisclosed since the takeover.

I reckon we've allowed the media to bullshit the belief we're going to pay around 27 for him, keeps the dippers happy. The telltale sign will be the "undisclosed" fee as and when we sign him, that'll be the proof we got him for a fee we're happy with.
