Just watched it again. That was a sensational assist for the second goal. Merlin isn't in it. God is more like it.

I agree with all the positive comments about Silva. However the more he shines the more he will be targetted. Not only by kicking at his ankles as Everton did, but being man marked as Rodwell tried.
Without Silva I fear our title challenge would be significantly reduced.
I know we have some cracking players but I would still like to see another "world class" creative midfielder in our side to allow Silva time to rest and cover in case he gets injurred.
We also need to make sure he is on a long contract I'm sure Barca and Real will be sniffing.
