That was one of the best goals i've ever seen City score. Fantastic one touch build up play resulting in SWP setting up Anelka for a left-foot volley into the top corner. It was orgasmic.

I don't think clinical is how I would put it(not that I didn't rate him), the closest thing we have to him now would be a right footed Petrov with alot more pace, but always happered by the fact he wasn't really a winger or a striker. However, one of the very few players that I have seen over the last 30 years watching City that on his day was totally unplayable(I remember 5-1 at Villa(scored 4)and 3-0 at Sheff W(just before his England call up)when he pretty much won the games for us on his own.
