Blackburn is well connected at the club, and that ties in with what I've been told. De Bruyne wants to come, Wolfsburg want to extract the maximum fee possible. We've offered £47m, they want £57m. Common sense suggests a deal will be made around £52m.

I can understand all the flippant posts and silly arguments as these transfers are taking ages (if at all) and without any real info it is all very frustrating. I don't think Khaldoon's interview helped things coming out so early in the window promising quality singings. Raheem was a fantastic buy but then we've been left to fill in the gaps ourselves since. Enjoy it for what it is or don't bother looking.
