I don't know about the best in the BuLi, Robben is having his best season of his career at the moment with 17 league goals so far, but De Bruyne is definitely lighting things up.

Seen a lot of De Bruyne as living in Netherlands you get a lot of Bu.liga. Also he's a regular player for Belgium Nat.team. Simply a great player but not extraordinary league. Good mentality. Can score and assist with very direct play. And great pair of lounges. He wanted playtime at Chelsea but simply saw not enough and asked to be sold. He's actually playing Inter and scored a brace. Mancinis team looking very poor. But that's another matter...
