Everywhere I've read, the buyout clause is cited as €80m which is £58m. For Bale, I think he could be got for €100m which is £73m

Both different players. Griezmann is better as a winger but KDB is better as an attacking mid.

@miketork summed it up perfectly. He'll play as a winger because there's no way he'll take silva's role because imo silva's the best playmaker in the world. As a winger he's still good but i don't think he's better than Griezmann

He is entirely a diffrrent player. We don't need someone like that, we already have enough that we don't need to spunk that kind of money on such a player.

We don't have anyone remotely like DeBruyne, not even close, hence it's worth spending the money. And he doesn't have to play as a winger at all. He can start wide & cone in or pkay deeper or swap positions with Silva etc etc.

There is no comparison.
