Think the only thing putting us off pedro was his age! He would have demanded a 4 year contract worth 200k a week! No sell on value
I definitely think it's an age thing. He suits us as an upgrade on Navas perfectly.

The hierarchy need to release whatever funds are necessary and land this guy. Offer him £300k a week if need be. The football world knows who we are, but let's press it home with a transfer that shakes the foundations of football.

We don't actually know.
For all we know, they may have tried to fix him up with a move to Bayern & he's chosen City so they are getting in a couple of players to appease the fans before he goes.
We just don't know.
