I am not doubting your knowledge (honest) but it just seems strange these players worth so much money are playing in nothing games, when the norm is if they are due to depart they are injured or some such crap.

I really do hope this is my wrong version :-)
 
If they needed the money playing him would be crazy, if the need the player then playing him now is no different to any other time. Worst case is not worth mentioning but realistic worst case he gets an injury, any deal is off for this window, he recovers and Wolfsburg keep a player they want to keep for a while yet.

I don't think they are in desperate need for the deal. If it happens it'll be because DeBruyne wants it.

Yet no formal bids have gone in yet(that i know of) so we could not make them not play anyway.

There's another version that I'm choosing to believe. Because the transfers are taking so long they are maintaining their match fitness playing in these games. Would be no good if they're wrapped up for weeks with no match preparation before the new season.

Mate the facts are we don't own them, you're indeed right.... But you can't expect players to be sat idle whilst the deals are to be completed, especially said players.... It sends the wrong message on so many levels to potential revenue streams, season ticket sales, merchandise, etc etc...... People have there way of dissecting variables, I have mine.... I think you'll see why this week with KDB!!!
 
Im one to admit, that this potential signing hasn't filled me with excitement like it should but being fair, this lad has one awesome delivery, shame Bendtner doesn't know his arse from his elbow. KDB will certainly offer something different.
 
Surprising how many people feel either Wolsfburg or Juve shouldn't risk playing players who may bring in a lot of money.

Both clubs will have sponsorship commitments and will not want to piss the sponsors off.

I love this whole ethos of well if he was coming to us then he wouldnt be playing cos he might get injured, well if thats the case wolfsburg better make sure he doesnt train and doesnt move out of his hotel room and stays on the bed wrapped in bubble wrap , players get injured doing a million different things i mean for gods sake bony got injured on his hols, players get injured in training all the time and have been injured making sandwiches.

Negative people will say well obviously he is playing cos a deal isnt close, positive people will say he is playing because as a footballer thats what he does he plays football, he could get injured in his first match with u ala delph, id rather he played and kept fit rather than be wrapped in cotton wool cos if he we dont play players on the previso then they might get injured ud have an empty pitch in every game

Will it be completely done this week or just get closer than it currently is?
 
First half finished v Arsenal.

KDB comfortable on the ball and always looking for possession and to move forward. I think our attacking players will enjoy playing with this guy.

Great vision & delivery.
