He might not be talking about the transfer...

In terms of next season I'd agree, but in he longer term when Toure is gone and to make a statement that we have moved up a level, Pogba is the one. Some great signings made already including three 18 year olds that bode well for the future. This guy though is the most important one, we desperately need someone who can pick out a cross - I like Navas, but his final ball is poor and too few assists. De Bruyne will open up teams as well as score some important goals. I hope they get this one over the line, I would say more important as value for money than Pogba.

Makes no sense. Two mutually exclusive outcomes cannot both be odds-on. Either City is 11/10 or Wolfsburg is 5/4 - or this is completely made-up.
Mmmm how does a bookie make a living if the odds equalise to 1? It would be made up if what you said above happened as there isn't a bookie alive who doesn't give themselves am edgeMakes no sense. Only topped by Madrid's when they signed Alonso, Benzema, Kaka and Ronaldo in the same summer.
It will be an amazing summer to be sure, but 2010 saw Yaya, Silva, Dzeko, Kolarov, Milner, and Balotelli come in. With the benefit of hindsight, that would still be our best window for me. Five players that have been a huge part of our first team for the last five seasons will take some beating.
I doubt the bookies even have an opinion they let the £'s determine the odds and shift them to maintain a margin, nowadays an algorithm on a powerful Server in Ireland probably does everything. That's certainly true, but there are other outcomes quoted here which would ensure it doesn't add up to 1. Anyway, if it is genuine, it shows they haven't a clue whether he is going to City or staying at Wolfsburg (basically 50/50) - or that any money wagered is fairly evenly divided. So doesn't actually tell us much.
