De Bruyne?

I was told the deal would be around £46m in total.

A nice interview from Kicker with KDB too:

Wolfsburg: topscorer keeps a low profile
De Bruyne leaves his future open

The VfL Wolfsburg has let Kevin de Bruyne cost almost a half years ago whopping 22 million euros (15,5mil £ ). Repent has no one, its market value is now significantly higher. No players in the Bundesliga is often involved in gates than the Belgians. The hunt for the topscorer runs long, he presents himself in an interview with Kicker confidently and honestly. De Bruyne wants to define itself not yet.

“I think it is stupid, when players say they definitely stay. And then they're gone at the first offer.”

De Bruynes transfer from Chelsea to VfL Wolfsburg is for both sides so far an absolute godsend. In England the talent eked out a reservist existence. The Niedersachsen "redeemed" him. Shortly before the end of his first full season for VfL he has ten goals and 20 assist collecteded – so the previous record by Zvjezdan Misimovic and Franck Ribery was surpassed.

But although the star of the team feels comfortable, its future is not yet clear - even if Klaus Allofs, Managing Director Sport, firmly believes that De Bruyne kicks for one more year for Wolfsburg. "Normally, yes," the player says, whose contract runs until 2019, even. "But you never know what happens in football. At the moment I say that I stay in Wolfsburg." But he has a schedule not in the head.

Afraid of big clubs isnt he, not only to which it can go yes. "I do trust me to play anywhere," says De Bruyne. For the new season, he regards it as the Lower Saxony, he wants reinforcements. The one need for the Champions League. With Max Kruse of the first new addition is already so in the wings.
