It can still be 95% done regardless of him starting today. Wherever it happens in the next 48 hours isn't important as long as it's done before the window closes.Its obviously not that close if he's starting. See De Gea today.

The De Gea situation is nothing like this. His manager doesn't think he's in the right frame of mind to play whereas the Wolfsberg management obviously feel different in regards to their man.
That'll be because we've not been in the press all summer tapping him up unlike what's been allowed to develop across town.
