De Bruyne?

so would i mate but i suppose its who is attainable.
Isco never admitted making a mistake in going to Madrid and who would, yet his career would probably have prospered better here, and maybe that also goes through his mind. By not being an automatic starter there, he could well see us now as a better option providing that Pellegrini's job is safe.

If we can't get de bruyne, take the £45m straight to madrid and get isco!

I reckon Madrid would want in excess of what United paid for Di Maria for Isco. Baring in mind that Isco's the better player and younger.

Nah, for me KDB for the PL is going to be an unbelievable signing. Had a poor game for Belgium but then I've never really seen him have a great game for Belgium. What you can see even when he's having a poor game, is why City want him so badly. He has the intelligence and technical ability of Nasri and the work rate and versatility of Milner. Would very quickly become a vital cog in our first XI.

Agree with this, I think De Bruyne would also bring us a new dimension in attack, we lack a player who has that directness. Linking up with Aguero, Sterling and Silva would be an amazing sight to see.

I watched him very closely last night and although he didn't have the best of games, from a tactical viewpoint I think he could be as influential as Silva for us.

Silva, Nasri, Navas and even Yaya are all very good players but they're all of a similar mindset in terms of their first thought is to retain possession. De Bruyne is different in respect that he is constantly looking for that early killer pass, it doesn't always work and we will undoubtedly lose possession more frequently but you can completely understand why he has so many assists.

With Aguero and hopefully Sterling making constant runs in behind opposition defences I think Silva and De Bruyne could be immense as our playmakers. We would be a much more direct team but I personally think that's a positive because we've been too slow and predictable this season. I think Bony would thrive in that team too if any of that attacking quartet was injured/rested etc...

it also gives us pace and youthful energy to press and defend from the front which is just as important if not more so in the Champions League games.

Would be extreamly useful on the counter too as on the ball. its feels like its on a knife-edge this wether he signs a new deal or joins us. Feels more like if he wanted to sign that deal it wouldve been done.

Milner was great for us always left evrything on the pitch, but to even compare KDB and milner in terms of skill and impact is outrageous

Said this about Milner when he was still with us. Great work rate but just got consistently good enough Imo. He knew that and that's why he left. End product wasn't good enough Imo.

Have you just questioned the guy with the most assists in European football's end product?

I go off what I see when watching games, so you'll have to give me more info on this stat you provided. Most assists in champs league?. For me, he knew well that, with a couple of new signings in midfield, his playing time would slump big time i.e not good enough. Why else would he leave us for Liverpool ?.

No, de Bruyne had the most assists in all comps in Europe.

Am I missing a joke? BlueHalli is clearly talking about Milner, not De Bruyne. Unless De Bruyne somehow left us for Liverpool.
