From the Italian angle. It is believed that DDR agent is in Manchester. But his business is more to do with another of his clients Kolarov-who is wantedby Inter.

Can't see it, Mancini will not want to lose Kolarov with two weeks to find a replacement.

We cannot go into the season with one left back in Clichy, what if he gets injured?

He will get loads more playing time in the new formation anyway, he seems to really flourish in it.

And for the record I happen to know that Marwood is very

This is like the bit in a murder-mystery where the victim dies just before revealing the killer...

If that had been meant it would have indicated th crime writer in me. Sorry was diverted by a call.
Marwood is very respected particularly within clubs on foreign soil as a highly descreat operator.

Someone on here asked earler what Roma fans thought about DDR. Well to a man they love him and hero worship him, which is understandable as he is by a country mile their best player and biggest asset. Regarding if he would leave them, they seem to be split. You have to understand that we made a very serious attempt to get him last year, and many thought that we were certain to go back again in January, and so many believe that his new contract was rushed through to dissuade this and out of his loyalty to the club to ensure that they got full value for him.
As for the concerns regarding his age/speed well, part of our sucess story last year was that in the main it was we who dictated the pace of games, and we tend to slow the game down. That lot from over the oad have little problem trusting the legs of a 37 year old and we are on here debating the legs of a guy who is twice the player and 8 years his junior......................Really!

It is a fans forum tbf. Apart from being handsome and witty the vast majority of city fans are pretty intelligent as well. Terefore even if we were in for Messi we'd be debating the matter, which is no bad thing.
