He isn't in charge of our transfers. Mancini clearly wants him and if a sudden circumstance happens in which he can sign him will it not happen because Tolmie says it won't? No. The guy is clearly connected but people need to remember he has no say on sudden opportunities that may arise.

Tolmie might get the odd nudge and the odd wink but he's not the oracle on transfer dealings. Do you really think that if he was well connected he'd be posting on an internet forum so regulary. The video is about taxi driver and de Rossi is a passenger who ask to go away (you can heard Manchester, Paris, Dubai et cetera as destination) and than change his mind and decide to stay....
this video was made this years when he decide to renew his contract.
