Ever since the Kroenke's completed a full take over we have spent solid sums. No one initially noticed because we spent 72m on Pepe, gave Amumayang 350k a week and Ozil 300k a week. But in recent years we have been getting it right with our spending, and also paying unwanted players to leave, while fending off real interest in Saliba, Saka and Martinelli are giving each a 200,300,200k a week wage respectively - you watch, Odegaard will sign next. Now were offering 100m for Rice.

Most people are stuck in 2012 with regards to our ownership. They still think being owned by the Kroenke's is a bad thing, when in actual fact they were bad owners when they owned only a portion of the club. However as mentioned, ever since the full takeover we have been ramping up the spending.

Technically Elons back on top with just over £200b in individual wealth. I think Bernard is currently second with Bezos in third but the three keep changing weekly due to how close they are in wealth.

Gamesmanship by West Ham. The Phillips + cash for Rice deal has mountains between it. One, Phillip has given strong indication he doesn't want to leave Manchester. How many more days can pass without you making a bid before it becomes obvious to all that West Ham are telling a story. 'bidding war' the Hammer say. BS, Chelsea have moved on, United moved on, and I dont think you guys are interested, a combination of Rice not being a necessity and the fact there is a real belief Rice desire to remain in London is very real, whilst your makeweight also doesn't want to leave. 'Rice would be crazy not to want to move to Man City'. Well then why would Kalvin leave? Because he wants to play more and be a more integral member of the squad............can say the same about Rice & Arsenal.

If we follow up with a 101m bid, it will likely be the biggest offer West Ham get for Rice. Im talking real terms too. Not a hypothetical 110m offer, comprising 60m cash & Kalvin valued internally by City at 50m.
 
Surely they don’t have to stay in London just for shopping? My missus gets her stuff in New York, it’s not hard to just get a flight. London is shit anyway apart from parts of the West End, far too noisy and busy. Much better living in east Cheshire with a nice big garden and a house with a cinema room and gym.
