Freedom is hard.
You know “movies” aren’t real right? You’re trying to equate this with some drunk twat running on the pitch?! Err, OK!
I guess you’re entitled to your views!
Whatever you do, don’t let your kids read history, watch the news, or ffs go to the movies!!!
Or listen to idiots like youYou’re trying to equate this with some drunk twat running on the pitch?! Err, OK!

If you think THAT was a “snuff” film, you have bigger problems than a discussion on BM can fix.But do let them watch snuff films. Its a simple vagary of life.
Did I awake the lunatic fringe this morning? You know “movies” aren’t real right?
My kids are big enough to make their own decisions. The BBC has issued an apology which tells us that they were wrong to do so.And you’re entitled to your views.

I have a child and I'm thankful he had just left the room. I explained what happened to him. He was upset so i quoted to him the words of the wise sage ChicagoBlue. "fucking grow up you pussy".If you think THAT was a “snuff” film, you have bigger problems than a discussion on BM can fix.
If you had a kid that saw it, and was concerned or asked questions, put down your beer and use it as a teaching moment.
Life. Be in it.

WTAF?!
No one doubts it happens everydayPlease don’t misquote me or get all emotional about it.
Two people die every second, and while we don’t often see it, that doesn’t stop it from happening.
What happened was extraordinary, and newsworthy. The level and depth of that coverage leaves room for debate, but that’s not my issue. If it made you face your own mortality, that might be shocking to you. I don’t find it so.
So, while we don’t normally sit and watch people “die” on the soccer field, humans are fascinated enough to watch videos of such things regularly, and 99/100 people slow down and rubberneck at the scene of a bad accident. What’s that about…“Oooh, that motor is totaled, what a shame!”???
It is jarring to see a supposedly healthy 30 year old man fall flat on his face. From there, it’s life. Or death. In this case, thankfully, the former. That makes me happy, but it hasn’t altered my life one iota.
Well you seemed to compare going to the movies as the same as watching a man fight for his life. A lunatic thinks it’s ok to film and stream to millions a man potentially taking his last breath in tragic circumstances. Normal people have decencyDid I awake the lunatic fringe this morning?
