He went to cosmosTotally untrue. He wasn't happy to go there. He had an offer from United, discussed it with a third party and rejected it, staying at City.

I was also eleven and was stood behind the opposite goal with my Dad. Great memories.
I was 8 years old my first ever City game sat on row 1 just under number 7's elbowI was 15. Watching it in boarding school with a bunch of united, Leeds and Arse fans. Boy I wound 'em all up. "Best cup winning goal everrrr!" etc. I loved Dennis,

One of the greatest nights ever at Maine Road. The Boro semi second leg at MR was an epic awesome night, i remember listening to the radio

be worried about,he was right, what a night on the Kippax the 4-0 second semi final was, almost better than the final.
He got a season ending injury home to Sunderland just before Christmas and as you say had been on fire. You're right that after Christmas it went to shit, not helped by Francis being injured a lot. But really it was injuries that did for us - remember Paul Power had the season of his life the year before but got a long injury, Tommy Hutch faded badly after Christmas, Gerry Gow injured most of the season. Wilson and Kinsey came through with real promiseAs many on here say, my original City hero in my original fave line up. He was tearing up the league in 81-82, something like 12 goals in 15 games -we were top at Xms and had just battered the dippers 3-1 at Klanfield, we had Trevor Francis in that team as well as a very talented Clive Wilson and I really thought we had a chance of winning the title. Think he got a serious injury around that time and the team slowly fell apart, dippers leathered us 5-0 at Maine Road as revenge and we finished mid table, came back from injury in 82-83 but wasn't the same player.
He did.I was I end. From memory Barnes scored on front of us
If you watched Tueart then you are a FOCBit geeky I know but "Tueart" is part of my user name on Xbox live / gamepass etc.
If you watched Tueart then you are a FOC
But throw in XBox then your not
Interesting and confusing
Asteroids?I'm 54, been playing videogames since the 70's Atari, still collect 2600 Atari stuff now - so geeky probably wins, with a bit of FOC thrown in
