I wonder if they know what the fuck they’re doing.

My bloods initially were high, then they weren’t.

The only issues I’ve had are since I’ve been put on metformin.

From my experience they are busking it. I care for my son who can have a blood glucose score of 20 Mmols after not eating anything for 2 days. He cant have a pump as it would kill him

Any type 2 sufferers get pains in their feet? It varies for me and I can’t pin point what makes it worse some days than others. The top of my foot I can’t have anything on it some days. I wear flip flops or sliders, but have had to start wearing slippers or my trainers.

If I stretch out on the couch, the material really irritates my calf’s, which then makes my feet worse. Doc has put me on some medication but I swear it’s getting worse as a result. I asked about neuropathy but he said it doesn’t sound like that, even though the symptoms sound exactly fucking like that. It’s unbearable at times and is taking its toll.

Could it be a form of Fibromyalgia? Or an aversion to some medication?

It’s not gout. I had that years ago and they gave me allopurinol. The thing is I have the meds but when I ask is it time to stop they don’t give me any advice. I’m on metformin, allopurinol, blood pressure tabs and thiamine hydrochloride. 5 tablets a day in total.

Not so much pain but wierdly around november time when we put the heating on my toes get really itchy. This lasts for about 6 weeks or so and then calms down a bit. I can still ' feel ' them until around about now, when the heating goes off. It seems as it it is all weather related as I dont get any problems in the summer/autumn. It has got quite a bit easier this year since I'm wearing diabetic socks which dont restrict the blood flow as much. Try them, they're really comfy and do work. This has happened for the almost exactly the same for the last 3 to 4 years.
