Legend... could end up being the perfect appointment for CITY..... a great opportunity to send our up and coming youth players, to somewhere local enough they can still be involved with the City squad, and to a manager who has a hugh part of City in his heart, and could be the perfect role model and mentor.

Lets hope City don't let this opportunity pass us by!
Don't know about future manager ( think we've moved on up in the world now) but in relation to blooding the younger lad's I agree. i think I also heard/read that oldham are looking at relocating. which, if I remember correctly will be quite close to Eastlands, so a great opportunity to build a good relationship between clubs.
How can you say that when you've no idea what kind of manager he's gonna be?

In 10 years he could have a very high reputation.

I saw him after the Spurs game and he told me he was coming back to City to be on the coaching staff ,obviously theOldham job is to good to turn down .Good luck to him he is a great lad,

The next roy keane probably spend too much time telling the players they not giving enough effort like him or playing like he did and eventually lose all their respect, cant stand him though so my opinion is obviously a bit biased

Yeah the guy scored a goal that kept us in the play off final and loves it horlock and weaver get no where near as much praise and then not 5 years later scored the winner against us for leicester a goal that could quite easiley have relegated us and in the financial position we were in would have sent us back to oblivion, then celebrated like mad running into the fans only to later claim it was a celebration against our manager not our team and he is a massive blue that goal could have been as bad for us as the other goal was good
