I shit you not I was worried beyond belief at his inclusion. The Komapny goal line clearance was evidence and basis for my opinion. His two saves in the second half were world class though, the save where he fetched the ball out of Mata's feet was one of the best saves of the season. He misses that and it's a penalty or a goal, yet he saved it, take a bow Panty.

Although i was pissed and and in the city end so didnt have much view, that save from mata looked class.

He's very unorthodox but he gave a good account of himself yesterday. Ok he was in no mans land and Kompany saved him but its games and experiences like yesterday that build players. He didn't do anything wrong yesterday and he kept us in it. Pantz for the final!

I was at work till 3pm and didn't get home till 3.50 so paused the 3.30pm coverage and skipped breaks etc. I must've watched that save a dozen or more times. Gets better each time of seeing it. Genuinely world class save, like I said, no margin for error and he nailed it.

Pants has been in the side all the way in the cup. To leave him out for the final would be madness and a real kick in the teeth. He'll play I'm sure.

I think he should get the nod in the final. the big call was yesterday, without wanting to underestimate wigan, chelsea are a far superior team. We should be ok with Panti for the final

Exactly. But i hope he leaves this summer to a top club. He is far too good a keeper to be sitting on the bench most of the time.

You hope a good player that is useful for the team leaves us? Right....

Yes. For his own career as he deserves regular first team opportunities.

I find it very strange for a fan of a club? to wish for a good player to leave. This is a decision Pants has to make, and I would certainly respect it should he decide to move. But do I hope for it? Bloody Hell no. So what about our other squad players that most certainly would be regulars at the majority of Premier League teams? You hope they leave as well?
