The way results are going atm I can't foresee anything better than a top four finish and perhaps a domestic cup. Not being spoilt, personally I'd be over the moon with that even if it was only the lowly League Cup. Our away form is atrocious and current back up defenders even more so - that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible - we can't rely on Vinnie all the time. The players are experiencing a transition of change, as are most of the other supposed bigger Premier League teams. As we all know Liverpool and Arsenal both have the most settled squads in the league and evidently that's working in their favour at present. It's difficult but we need to try and be patient and put trust in our current manager. That's the logical explanation of course, either that or we're just cursed.

It's a shame about Vinnie but he seems to be so fragile. Latest reports suggest it will be December before he's back at the earliest. We can't hope to achieve anything when one of our main players and captain only plays 13 or 15 times in a calender year.

How can one of the Worlds best defenders be replaced, well the answer is simple he can't be.

But lets be honest De Michaelist can easily be replaced, he ain't that good. Kolo Toure is miles better and we allowed him to leave on a free.

What a pickle we seem to have got ourselves in.

He ran his contract down, we didn't offer him one that was suitable and he left as a free agent.

Shocking how many of you guys already want him out... It's been a real shitty start in the league but we're still only 6 pts off pace and there's not a game on our schedule I don't think we can win. I think it'll come together and if it does, it'll be funny to see how all you pussies react. I mean seriously, it is way too early to be saying some of things you guys are saying. I fucking like what Pelligrini has done. A performing Hart, a healthy silva + vinny and leighton baines in january and I think we're looking more than fine. Really do think the squad and manager are going to prove you all wrong. You'll mock me now but we'll see who was being foolish come the end of the season.

I cannot believe how pissed off I still am from Sunday. I think its the fact that we have lost fucking four seasons in a row to deeply shite and utterly minging Sunderland teams and I wonder how long its been since the Trafford bollocks talkers over the road lost four successive league games against shite.

And if this dismal awayday imbecility is not sorted out yesterday, we will be out of the title race by Christmas. I do not know what the actual fuck is going on with this but it really is pathetic to pick up four points out a possible 15. Its a good job no team appears to be totally dominant or someone would already have been out of sight by now. Being only six points off the top is us getting away with it but unless we stop being away day twats from now on in, that will be twelve points

Grrrrrrrrrrr City, this is just fornication.

Pam..Don't worry,our away performances are on an upward spiral despite the little column in the table that reads "Away"-Won one,drawn one lost 4!
It's a results business and our results on the road no matter how fucking great we have supposedly played are worse than last season.How long are we going to keep hearing the same excuses from Pellegrini about not believing how we lost this match etc etc.
For the record-I am comparing away performances and points and nothing else!

I think we have more clueless fans than a clueless manager, fans who are always calling for a bunch of new signings window after window and their insatiable thirst to turning City into their very own FIFA career mode. Players who helped win us the title a few short years ago are now after thoughts all of a sudden and not good enough to put on our shirt. Chelsea and United both have players that have been in their squad for a while now and helped win trophies for their club that some fans here would turn their collective noses at. Fans who are eager to get rid of a manager 11 games in but can't name a better guy. Swansea is poor in the league but finding success in Europe but their manager is some how better than our own, if you think Southampton are going to gain a spot in champions league, I have a couple of bridges in Brooklyn to sell you, remember Everton and West Brom last season? Remember how West Brom held a high position in the table for a little while then finished mid table? That will be Southampton this season. Klopp seems un inspiring and can't hold on to his best players year after year.

Grass always seems greener, we moan and cry about our but players not having heart or not getting stuck in yet fans start threads like these and can't get behind their manager because it's been an early roller coaster. We were laughing at United earlier but it looks like they are stringing results together and are "title challengers" again. That's all it takes.
Like this past round, teams are going to drop points we just have to take advantage next time as well as continue to fight and move forward. Is our away form shocking? Yes stats show 4 points out of 18 look crazy but we haven't been beaten convincingly in any of them and our worst game was at home to the best in the world. We won't continue to be unlucky and hopefully soon we can field full strength. It's not impossible and currently Bayern are on a run of 37 unbeaten, Roma of all teams won 10 straight so we can put a string of wins together and be right at the top by Boxing Day.

I am so, so devastatingly upset and frustrated that such a golden opportunity gifted to our club, namely the ownership of the wonderful Sheik Mansour is being squandered and stupidly wasted. I fear is that we will waste three or more seasons before the powers that be come to their senses. Pellegrini is the wrong manager, for a start I doubt he has ever even watched an English premier game in his life which explains why he hasn't got a clue how to organise a side to play in it ! Especially away! The man is weak, weak men resort to deflection - that;s exactly what he is doing with Joe ! Trouble is, when you deflect, there comes a time when you run out of credibility and people to project your weaknesses on ! I would like to ask our esteemed manager ' which part of Sunday was Joe's fault ?' Was it the garbage defending, the shot shy front, the fact that every payer looked like jelly on wheels everytime Sunderland ran with the ball ? The fact that we had a goalkeeper whose instincts didn't tell him to go the right way for an obvious goal threat WAS THAT ALL JOE'S FAULT ! Sickeningly, we have tweedledum and tweedledee from Barcelona who have obviously decided that a 31 year old cast off from their old club is better than our Joe. .CLUELESS.! This isn't building a new dynasty, this is rehashing an old blueprint from a club that did not want to keep them ! Anybody in any doubt about this Barcelona pair, just look at some of the players they have landed us with! As I have said, a beautiful opportunity being squandered. I despair.

Comedy gold I assume a joke as there are so many simply wrong comments it can't be real?????

Off the pitch not one fan will say we have done anything wrong and delivering on investment,stadium expansion,revenues rocketing,new sponsorship deals,the academy etc.
On the pitch-let me put it this way..What do you think the fans reaction would have been on Sunday walking out of the Stadium of light if you had said to them-not to worry,all things are looking great for the 20yr plan,revenues are rocketing etc etc...Don't worry about our 4th "hiccup" away from home it's all part of the long term plan.

After the game I would have been discussing the mistakes in the game, the lack of effort from Yaya, what we can do to be more creative am without silva , why aguero looked less good than of late and was pissed off by everyone as we all were


But when I have an argument with my wife I don't go straight to the divorce lawyer, when I have a bad day at work I don't resign on the spot, when the kids misbehave I don't call the orphanage. Football is the same I get pissed off about that day and that game but I don't then start thinking sell all players, sack the manager , we would be 10 pts clear if we had kept Mancini etc which is the mentality of a lot of fans, to be fair this is probably why I have had one wife and have a decent job!

Football is an emotional game and many fans have put a lot of effort,time,finance and heart into supporting City through some pretty fucking shit times so excuse me if some of us get a little worked up or "wet our pants" to quote a famous poster on here however to compare it to your kids misbehaving,or having a row with the mrs is simply an unrealistic comparison.You can always kiss and make up with the Mrs or tell the kids off.What can we do when the team keeps giving us shite away from home that they served up on Sunday??Take solace that we have great owners,that the future is rosy,that the project is well on track?? Sorry mate,it doesn't work like that.
I have not mentioned that we would be in a different position with Mancini because it isn't about that anymore.We all have our opinions on him however he is gone.This is about now.The next 2 away games are huge.We fuck up and it could put us out of the title race and set us back 2 seasons in relation to your long term plan that you keep talking about.We learn and get the results that we hope for and everything is rosy.That is the thing with football,trying to keep your emotions on a level is very very hard.
