Re: Clueless manager
It's a shame about Vinnie but he seems to be so fragile. Latest reports suggest it will be December before he's back at the earliest. We can't hope to achieve anything when one of our main players and captain only plays 13 or 15 times in a calender year.
How can one of the Worlds best defenders be replaced, well the answer is simple he can't be.
But lets be honest De Michaelist can easily be replaced, he ain't that good. Kolo Toure is miles better and we allowed him to leave on a free.
What a pickle we seem to have got ourselves in.

Not being spoilt, personally I'd be over the moon with that even if it was only the lowly League Cup. Our away form is atrocious and current back up defenders even more so - that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible - we can't rely on Vinnie all the time. The players are experiencing a transition of change, as are most of the other supposed bigger Premier League teams. As we all know Liverpool and Arsenal both have the most settled squads in the league and evidently that's working in their favour at present. It's difficult but we need to try and be patient and put trust in our current manager. That's the logical explanation of course, either that or we're just cursed.
